Critique is a good thing, don't see it as an attack, because it isn't.

no not at all! don't worry u don't critique,u just comment,critiques are usually from non friendly ppl and are actually flamings,actually original critique has lost it's meaning,especially on DA it's too harsh. but no worries u don't critique with the bad meaning of the word ^^

i'm not talking about normal critique,i'm talking about that flaming-style critique. for example when some1 asks not critiquing their work then the other person should respect it and not critique and say "no you did this and that oh and this one wrong so the pic is not good" cause sometimes it's rly upseting for the creator reading these stuff

I know what you means with critique. Flaming isn't something you would like to read, but you can't force people not to tell you what they think about it. People who give you critique aren't meant to take you down, not at all actually.
Of course it can hurt the creator to read these kind of messages, but on the other side... most of the time they are right. I won't accept those comments if they weren't true at all, but when they're right.. then you just have to accept them. o_O

But yes, critique sucks, but it will help you too. People aren't attacking you when they say ''you did the hair wrong, the face is weird..'' and things like that. People try to tell you what's not good at your drawing, so you can improve it. It just happens that some people can't say it in a normal (social) way.
Instead of ''it looks good, but the hair seems a bit off for me''
they would say ''you did the hair wrong.'' or something like that, but they meant to say the same thing.

Just don't see it as an attack or something and try to do something with the critique you get

no i know i know,i know whether to accept a critique or not. it's just that some ppl who don't even draw better tell to u that u make things wrong e.t.c i'd like em to draw better than me and then come and critique my work. sometimes ppl are rly rude.and instead of saying "no it's wrong" they'd better give a more spesific info to me so that i'll make it right next time. for example if u tell me once "i think that's not quite right" e.t.c e.t.c i won't see that as a rude critique,but as a helpfull comment from a friend,cause the only thing that can kill rude critique is politeness. plus some ppl have their own way to draw things, it's just their style,not that they're doing something wrong.
but yeah i know,so don't worry ^^
